Day 2 begins with 2 parallel sessions:
the track Bottom-Up Movements and the combined tracks Open Collaborative Government/Social and Mobile Media for Pubilc Adminsitration. This morning session is followed by 2 workshops, “Strategies for building and sustaining successful user-engagement” and “Open Research”.
Today, the keynotes will be held by Karine Nahon (@karineb) and John Carlo Bertot.
Karine, from the University of Washington will present “Behind the Scenes: Information Flows in Networks”, and John, from the University of Maryland, will give us the keynote “Successful eGovernment Takes a Village: Inclusion and the Role of Community Anchors”.
In the afternoon we will have the reflections session, where 13 presenters have 5 minutes each to present their reflection, followed by a a big Q&A session.
We will conclude the CeDEM13 with a cheese and wine on the terrace. Don’t leave too early!
